Employers and Agencies registering for our services are required to comply with the following agreements:

1. I agree to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, or national origin.
2. I realize this free service can only be successful if employers are responsible in reporting closed or filled positions. I agree to deactivate closed opportunities promptly. I also agree to inform CNWSMT when CNWSMT Graduates are hired.
3. I attest that the information I have supplied to the Job Placement Office is accurate. I authorize the CNWSMT Placement Office to release this information to CNWSMT Graduates and to anyone who visits the CNWSMT Job Listing webpage.
4. I understand that the CNWSMT Placement Office reserves the right to edit job descriptions and company information for clarity, and to delete job listings which may be deemed inappropriate.
5. I agree to list only legally acceptable opportunities that provide gainful employment and/or a structured educational experience. I understand all unpaid, commission only, or employment/staffing agency listings must be clearly indicated as such in the listing.
6. I acknowledge that my company or I may be disqualified from listing future job opportunities or spaces for rent or businesses for sale PERMANENTLY if we or I fail to comply with the terms of this agreement.
