In this introductory class, you will learn basic mapping of the feet, and general guidelines to address some common health concerns. You will learn two easy ways of application with thumbs and fingers as well.

Valerie T Gdula is the Owner of The Reflex Point.  She has practiced many Holistic modalities since 1992 and has been in private practice since 1995, specializing in Reflexology. She has trained nationally and internationally, in Reflexology and has taught reflexology at many local hospitals, colleges, and various health fairs. She enjoyed teaching at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck New York and continues to offer continuing ed classes in Reflexology and Aromatherapy. She finds her work with Reflexology to be very rewarding, helping clients with various health concerns such as Cancer, Lyme disease, arthritis, depression, lupus, fibromyalgia, and so many others.  She has been privileged to have been supported by many orthotists, podiatrists, and various orthopedic specialists to aid in the recovery of clients undergoing hip & knee replacements and also various sports related injuries.
