Laura Jones, AA, PTA, LMT first earned an Associates Degree in physical therapy from Maria College in 1987. She worked as a physical therapy assistant in both institutional and private practice settings.  Next, Laura graduated from CNW in 1999.  Laura now has a thriving licensed massage therapy practice in Guilderland and specializes in Myofascial Release and Swedish massage.  She has taken all of John Barnes'courses in MFR.  Laura appreciates that her career as a massage therapist has put her in touch with incredible people, both clients and fellow practitioners.

Her strong belief in students' ability to succeed comes through in her teaching style -- which stresses a hands on approach to learning.

Laura has assisted Lisa Satalino, PT in the Introduction to Myofascial Release curriculum at CNW since graduating from their program in 1999.  She has recently taken a lead position in this curriculum and has expanded her teaching to Red Pines.

Laura will be teaching the first in Lisa's series of MFR classes that were developed as a certification program in MFR at Red Pines.

Lisa M. Satalino, PT is a 1986 graduate of Russell Sage College. She received her BS with a certificate in Physical Therapy in 1986 and has since specialized in the area of Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy.

Lisa has created the MFR curriculum for the CNWSMT and has developed a 118 hour Certification program in MFR for the Red Pines Training Center.

Her clinical experience includes working in home care, early intervention, the school setting, rehabilitation, private practice, and with equine athletes. She is a NYS certified early intervention provider.

After 25 years practicing physical therapy as a manual therapist Lisa has retired from her private practice "the Center for Myofascial Wellness" to act as the Executive Director of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy.
