Course Description:

EarthStone Hot Stone Massage is a stone practice that combines the best of East and West stone healing traditions with scientific knowledge and connective bodywork.  In The Foundation hands-on workshop you will learn how to set up for hot stone massage in your office, with specifics on equipment, supplies and stone selection. You’ll learn how to use the stones with technique variations that enable you to individualize your work according to your style and your clients’ needs.  You'll perform and receive a 90-minute treatment. You will be able to do a full-body Hot Stone Massage when you leave this workshop. The workshop manual details all this and more, including pricing and marketing.

Instructor Bio:

Yvette Hayden, BS, LMT, is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner, Aromatherapist and educator. After years of study and hands-on work, she developed EarthStone’s integrative methodology of Hot Stone Therapy,  combining East and West stone traditions, current scientific knowledge and connective bodywork.  Yvette has her own practice, works with 2 local spas, designs treatments and products for spas, and has been teaching for 15 years.
