Course Description:

This workshop is geared toward Licensed Massage Therapists, however, practitioners of all bodywork professions will increase their awareness and working knowledge of positive and negative energies, thoughtforms, Earth elements and the flow of energy within and around the body. Participants will learn how to address problematic areas of the body. Prerequisites to this class are: Polarity Therapy and Massage: Supine; as well as Polarity Therapy and Massage: Prone. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing, bring sheets, a blanket and a pillow. We will learn through theory, hands on work, practice and meditation.

Instructor Bio:

Annette M. Nadeau is a Licensed Massage Therapist in New York and New Hampshire. She is also Nationally Certified. Annette graduated from CNWSMT, Albany in June, 2007. Previous to being a massage student, since the early 90’s, Annette studied and worked with energies of all types and dimensions through self healing practices and in working with others as individuals or in group format. She is a nondenominational minister and has a doctorate degree in Philosophy with a specialization in Sacred Medicine: The Experiential Learning Process of Working with the Source of all Life. Annette Studied Polarity Therapy with Marjorie Bernstein at the Stillpoint Center for Healing Arts in Amherst, Mass. Teaching and growing with the work is a passion for Annette. She thoroughly enjoys sharing with all walks of life, especially those of traumatic backgrounds or coming from dysfunctional biological families. The assistance needed to release old holding patterns is her specialty. Her basic belief: Energy follows intent; intent is our thoughtforms. Our thoughts create our life.
