Service Description

This course will focus on advanced techniques for the office worker with particular attention to problems associated with repetitive computer work such as carpal tunnel syndrome and thoracic outlet syndrome. This course will consist of part lecture and bodywork where you will learn a variety of techniques to work on pecs, scalenes, subclavius, SCM and others. Some time in class will also be spent focusing on body mechanics for chair massage. This class is a must for those who wish to build their private practice through Corporate Chair Massage.
