Online Thursdays 2pm - 4pm April 3rd - May 29th Now the popular “Full Spectrum Healing” chakra series meets on Zoom as “Chakra Activation”, course 101 in Sacred Centers Academy. Meet with a small group over 9 weeks from 2:00-4:00 PM EDT to focus on opening and activating the chakras for your self-healing. Follow the “Liberating Current” and devote a week to each individual chakra using The Sevenfold Journey by Anodea Judith and Selene Vega as a guide. This is a closed group of dedicated seekers who gently open to themselves over the consecutive weeks of study inspiring personal transformation and healing. You must be present. meetings are not recorded. Discover the healing powers of the subtle energy body Raise your consciousness and free your spirit Release blocks gently and easily at your own pace Bond with a small group and focus on your self-healing Devote time to energizing an individual chakra each week Integrate transformation of your energy system into daily life Yoga teachers can earn 40 Yoga Alliance continuing education credits Tuition: $375 for nine weeks on consecutive Thursday afternoons. Nine Thursday meetings will focus on “Activating the Chakras” as follows: April 3rd - Week 1 – Introduction and Bonding April 10th -Week 2 – First Chakra; Grounding, Earth & Survival (Red) April 17th -Week 3 – Second Chakra; Sensuality, Water & Change (Orange) April 24th - Week 4 – Third Chakra; Power, Fire & Will (Yellow) May 1st - Week 5 – Fourth Chakra; Love, Air & Relationships (Green) May 8th - Week 6 – Fifth Chakra; Communication, Vibration & Creativity (Blue) May 15th - Week 7 – Sixth Chakra; Vision, Light & the Third Eye (Indigo) May 22nd - Week 8 – Seventh Chakra; Spiritual Connection & Thought (Violet) May 29th - Week 9 – Wrap up & Celebration!
