Class Description: Many Musculoskeletal conditions of the neck and shoulder are prime candidates for cupping treatment if done so with accurate technique. Learn to develop a cupping treatment plan, apply cups for coordinated negative pressure and deliver a therapeutic response. In this course, you will learn how to use negative pressure to approach a host of conditions commonly seen by LMTs today. Class includes: Assess frequently seen neck and shoulder conditions and develop a comprehensive cupping treatment plan. Learn cupping techniques to relieve neck and shoulder conditions. We will walk through specific cupping patterns and techniques to address a variety of frequently seen pathologies including frozen shoulder. Renee Taliana, LMT has dedicated her career to Chinese Cupping Therapy. She continued her education with multiple practitioners, both Acupuncturists and Massage Therapist along with over 5,000 cupping hours. Saratoga Cupping Therapy is located in Saratoga Springs, New York. She holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
