6 PM - 7 PM Friday, December 8th This no-cost community event is part of a series of offerings to the general public that will be hosted by CNWSMT. So much to do during the holiday season! Take some time to de-stress and reconnect with yourself and community. Feel free to sit on a chair, use a massage table, use a shiatsu mat on the floor, use pillows or bring a blanket to get comfortable. Location will be in the large classroom inside the school at 14 Computer Dr West, Albany, NY 12205. Sound Bath starts promptly at 6pm and will last an hour. Bring your special holiday treats to share for a festive potluck afterwards. There will be a free journaling class in another room the same night, so we will all nosh together at 7pm in the student lounge! Registration is needed because space is limited.
