Friday, July 18th Starts at 2:30pm Classroom 101 CNWSMT, 14 Computer Dr West Recharge and realign with the principles of REIKI. Connect with all levels of REIKI practitioners to either give or receive. The table time depends on the practitioners. We will be in the building for at least an hour. Practitioners can either give/receive for the entire hour or do 30min of one and then switch. If necessary, the monthly share can be extended to 2 hours total depending on if both practitioners want an hour of receiving and an hour of giving. If the number of participants is uneven, there is also the option of doing a group share. The goal is to get together at least once a month to support each other and keep the positive energy flowing. We have some new practitioners who also want to have a safe space to work with others and develop their skill. This would be a great reminder to incorporate this into daily life and add on to self-care, preservation and health. This REIKI share will be available monthly and will alternate between a Friday at 2:30pm or Tuesday at 7pm. Tables are chairs are provided. Just bring a blanket for your own warmth if needed. If you want to use crystals, feel free to bring them in. *Participants must at least be a REIKI Level 1.
