7 PM - 8 PM Wednesday, July 30th OPEN to ALL Location: 14 Computer Dr West, Albany, NY 12205 $28 Online or in-person Share a relaxing evening with someone or give YOURSELF the gift of self-care. Feel free to sit on one of our chairs, massage table, shiatsu mat on the floor, pillows or bring a blanket. Sound Bath starts promptly at 7pm and will last an hour. Please register to let us know you plan on attending by clicking the "Book Now" button. If you want to come early, there will be light charcuterie-type refreshments (ie, cheese, crackers, fruit, chips/salsa, etc) available in the student lounge/kitchen starting at 6pm.
