Service Description

9 AM - 6 PM Sunday, September 8th Calcium can accumulate in the body where it doesn’t belong: Tendons, Muscles, Fascia … Creating discomfort, pain, inflammation and limiting range of motion. This course utilizes lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice focusing on the recognition, causes and the effects calcium deposits have on the musculoskeletal system. Students will be presented with deep tissue massage techniques to perform on clients who present with pain and restricted ROM caused by calcium deposits. Students will demonstrate competency in the techniques presented in this course. Learn how to: – Locate Calcium Deposits – Treat Calcium Deposits – Increase ROM In The Neck And Shoulders Learn the effective "power point deep tissue" technique that works with the tissue not against it, which will be less painful for the patient and the therapist. Students will also be learning "static pressure" technique. Course Costs: $280 Instructor Bio: Tatyana Brusiltseva-Richmond, LMT is the founder of Trinity Therapeutics CEU LLC. She has taught around the USA including PA, AZ, NM, FL, ND & NE. Tatyana currently works at Blackledge Family Chiropractic (Blakely PA) but also graduated from Boca Beauty Academy in Boca Raton, FL. Her background and training include: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stone Massage, Reflexology and Cupping. "Tatyana Brusiltseva-Richmond is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider and is also sponsored by NCBTMB to teach New York LMTs continuing education that is accepted by the state of New York for license renewal."
