GROUNDING MEDITATION - We will begin with calming meditation to center the mind and body. BACH FLOWER ESSENCE INTRO - Discover how flower essences support emotional and physical well-being. LIGHT LUNCH - Enjoy a selection of healthy refreshments. AROMATHERAPY WORKSHOP - Learn how to safely use essential oils for health and wellness, and create your own custom blend.
