Unmask Your True Self - Go on an artistic, creative journey as you explore who you are...Decorate the outside of a mask to represent how you believe others perceive you. Decorate the inside of the mask to reflect your true self—the inner you. Then discover the Japanese art of Kintsugi, which means “golden joinery.” This practice highlights the beauty in broken pieces by repairing them with gold lacquer, symbolizing resilience and transformation. Engage in art journaling, a creative blend of writing and visual art, to explore your emotions and deepen your self-awareness. Come create and reconnect with yourself in a safe, supportive space.
