Full Moon Meditation & Drumming

Friday. August 28th Starts 6pm (expect to stay at least 90 min) With BJ Heinbach & Zelda Hotaling Location: CNWSMT 14 Computer Dr West Albany NY 12205 Join us for a unique full-moon, healing experience. Barbara-Jean will begin with a meditation where you will feel into the astrological weather of the Pisces full moon lunar eclipse that was exact in the sky earlier at 12:18 am. What is coming up for you will show up, as you relax into your body, mind, and soul. Zelda leads us in connecting and the guidance through the drum. As we create the Circle to drum together, heal and support each other and the planet. We will uplift our spirits and carry home with us a sense of peace and joy. Bring your drums, rattles, blanket, journal and/or yoga mat. Chairs are provided. Biography: Zelda Hotaling was raised under the guidance of the Haudenosaunee Native American Culture, she is renowned for her diverse talents, she shines as an intuitive spirit guide, healer, author, visionary, and creator of the sacred Dream Circle project. Zelda’s passion is to support those yearning to learn through love, kindness, respect, responsibility, equality, honesty, and humility. Only by keeping to this path can we meet our responsibilities to ourselves and one another. Biography: Barbara-Jean Heinbach, also known as BJ, BJ’s mission has always been to bring more love, light, spiritual knowledge, and healing into the world. She is an Astrologer, certified Angel Card Reader, and Holistic Spiritual Teacher. Since 2018, BJ has focused on guiding others along their spiritual path, helping them discover their purpose, live their dreams, and experience healing through a variety of intuitive tools and spiritual practices.
