Odd numbered Wednesdays 6:30 AM - 7:15 PM Neuromuscular Integrative Action (NIA) , it also means "With Purpose" in Swahili. With a fusion of several different dance and physical disciplines, it encourages the individual to find joy again in movement. Location will be inside the school at 14 Computer Dr West.
